YOGA CLASSES  2019

Happy New Year to you!!

Classes begin again on Monday 7th January 2019. If you’d like to change classes or come to more than one a week then please drop in to any one you fancy!

Many thanks to all who filled in the recent questionnaire. They’ll be very helpful to inform me what you want in your classes. If you’ve been to classes in the last year you’ll have noticed I introduced some new techniques which won’t be part of the classes in 2019.

Classes will contain the familiar content of beginning warm-ups leading to stronger postures and/or sequences to develop strength and flexibility, some breathing techniques and meditations and a concluding relaxation. They will still be varied with different postures and sequences as well as the regular old favourites brought together creatively and with plenty of interest and variety.

If you’d like to take not just one, but two sessions a week  to increase the benefits of yoga, email me here – sian@sianruleyoga.com  for two FREE classes when you book a block of 10 classes!

Be spontaneous – If one week you feel like taking another class to double the benefits – sometimes one practice just isn’t enough – just turn up to that class and I’ll adjust your total on the register accordingly.

2019 Yoga Classes

All classes are based on a wide range of Hatha Yoga practices (the yoga mostly taught in the West).

Daily life is often full of speed, haste and effort and this can build up tensions and stress in body and mind. Classes are based on a slow, mindful approach to increase awareness of the body and calm the nervous system and mind.  They include warming up exercises leading on to stronger postures to build strength, stamina and resilience, breathing or pranayama techniques, short guided meditations and relaxations.

If you’re new to Sian’s classes an introductory class is at the reduced cost of £7.

Please pay for your next block by the last class of your current block.
