What is yoga?

The Sanskrit word yoga is translated as ‘union’; the body, mind and breath working in harmony together for a balanced life. First and foremost it’s practical and helps us feel better.

The practice of yoga helps the breath, mind and body to move energies in the body, encouraging balance, both internally and externally and promote feelings of lightness and ease. Linking the practise with Eden Method techniques makes it a powerful practise to bring in beneficial changes to our whole system.

What are the benefits of yoga?

There’s a hundred and more reasons to do yoga that become clear as you do more and more, but here are some of the main benefits:

Calms the Nervous System
