FREE Yoga Class

The Olympic Torch arrives in Wales on Friday, and to celebrate the Leisure Centres in Monmouthshire are putting on free activities. On Sunday 9.30-10.30am I’m offering a free yoga session at Caldicot Leisure Centre to energise you for your day ahead in the sunshine.
Do bring a friend along for a taster!
