In the c\"\"<\/a>urrent economic situation,\u00a0being able to shop freely may not be possible, some of us may have to\u00a0ebay\u00a0possessions to raise needed cash. Or it could be much worse than that.\u00a0In the\u00a0Eight Limbs, Yoga\u00a0encourage us not\u00a0to be too attached to\u00a0things, to be content with what we have, but also to be kind to ourselves. If life doesn’t always go the way we want it to, we should try to\u00a0go easy\u00a0on ourselves and\u00a0avoid heaping blame and negativity on our head. And that can be hard to do…so spending a few minutes doing a few calming\u00a0 or even energetic postures can help the process by focusing the mind on the body instead.
