Our home for the week will be in a gorgeous luxury mountain lodge in the picturesque village of Fontaines Naves, situated at 1300m altitude in the mountains with stunning views across the valley. The perfect place to take time out…breathe…and enjoy the amazing hospitality of our lovely hosts, Nikki & Hugh (an Aussie and an Irishman)…and, of course, the star of the Retreat…Opi! (fur baby)<\/p>\n\n\n

To be complete, to be whole, we need be resilient, and we need to embrace all of life… the chaos, the difficulties, the adventure, the ups and downs, and the day to day problems. How are we to grow otherwise?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We know we are at our happiest and most content when we are wild, free, healthy, authentic, connected and in harmony with our environment. But are daily lives often don’t look this way! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this week of coming together we will explore the feminine principles of chaos and magic (as well as silence & stillness)  and how we can become radiant, magnetic and more deeply connected to our wild soul<\/p>\n\n\n

We will share beautiful practices that create space in our minds & bodies, deepen our knowledge, and allow us to move through life with ease, grace and an ever growing appreciation of the sacredness & beauty of this gift of life that we have been given<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will spend lots of time in nature…our greatest teacher! We will reconnect with our own individual rhythm. The rhythm of our breath, our heartbeat, the cycles of night and day, darkness and light. The sacred rhythms and pulse of the seasons and the elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Space. This is the most powerful thing we can do for our health, wellbeing and happiness.<\/p>\n\n\n
