As women, we are intricately connected to the cycles of nature. Nature IS the feminine manifest. Many of us feel disconnected because we are not living in harmony with these natural rhythms. Reestablishing this connection and flow is the greatest gift we can give ourselves!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If we observe nature in Autumn, we see how the trees let go of their leaves, conserving their energy for the long winter….to go inward, rest deeply, seed, & dream.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So it is with us. We also need to let go of what is no longer nurturing for us….so that we can plant new seeds and create new dreams for the future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Autumn the air is pure and clean. We can see details of the mountains and forest that might not be obvious to us at other times of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So it is with us. It’s a time to observe with total clarity what we desire and need… and what we don’t. When we let go of what is no longer necessary we create space and freedom to continue on our journey<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autumn is a time for harvest, enjoying what we have achieved, and nurturing ourselves with all the good we have brought into our lives. This also feeds our dreams and imagination through the long winter months. Which in turn feeds our creativity and ability to manifest when Springtime rolls around. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are nature. returning to nature will bring health & wellbeing to all aspects of our lives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this lovely Retreat in the high French Alps, we will breathe, reflect, release, purify, create space, connect with our natural rhythms and be inspired!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will listen to the air, the wind, the breath. We will feel the chi of the mountains and forests,  and observe the clouds and the birds that ride the currents…And we will reconnect to our deepest wisdom & knowing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This week will create subtle positive shifts that will continue long after our week together is over.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will leave feeling empowered with the knowledge and tools (and some lovely gifts!) to create a life of rhythm & harmony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We will stay at a stunning luxury mountain lodge in the picturesque village of Fontaines Naves, situated at 1300m altitude in the French Alps with stunning views across the valley.
